Agent/Partner-Owners

Our referral marketing program—launched on March 1st , 2007—is unique.

Ownership First, you can be the owner of a territory where you will have exclusive rights to all physical marketing activities. This means as you build your business, not only does your income increase, more importantly, you build equity that can be sold or passed on to another generation. (need illustration)

Rules If you are approved to be an Agent/Partner-Owner (APO), you will get a territory—a set of contiguous zip codes with population adding up to as much as 50,000. There will be only one APO per territory, and it must be someone who resides within it. Check zip codes near you.

In your territory, only you or your designated agents can place posters, hold events, advertise, and recruit new agent-partners (AP’s).

You can recruit other APO’s (outside your territory, of course) and AP’s within your territory. You will earn a 15% commission on sales to users you refer, and a 7% commission on sales of APO or AP’s you recruit.

Others can sell to users in your territory (through referrals or emails, etc.) as long as they do not conduct physical marketing activity, including online advertising where a geography is specified (such as Craig’s list) in your territory.

You and/or AP’s in your territory must sell 20 new customers per year for you to maintain ownership of your territory.

The cost of a territory is $300. This covers the cost of setting up an LLC and other paperwork for you. You will receive official LLC documentation from your state and a contract from Civicom, Inc.

Stock-tithe Additionally, you will do good while doing well, because (a) Civicom, Inc. is a stock-tithe company (pledged to World Vision), (b) your company will be a stock-tithe company, and (c) JournalCall can do wonderful things for its users. Read more about the stock-tithe here
